Pastor Jimmy Owens and his wife Gail
Pastor Jimmy Owens began serving First United Methodist in Cynthiana in 2006. He has been in the ministry for 28 years having served previously in the Irvine, Perryville, and Harrodsburg churches. Pastor and Mrs Owens have been married for 38 years. They have two children and two grandchildren.
Mary Gossett has been a faithful and loyal church secretary assisting church pastors since 1963. She and husband, Ernie, have been married for 37 years; they have two daughters, one grandson with another grandchild on the way. Mary always welcomes you with a warm smile and cheerfully provides assistance along with her many and varied responsibilities.
